Hosting and security cookies

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security services may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and the address requested, to deliver and protect the website.

Cloudflare may set the __cf_bm cookie for bot protection. Cloudflare states that this cookie expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Blocking security cookies in your browser may affect access.

Optional AI shopping assistant

If you choose to send a message in the shopping assistant, your message and the recent conversation are sent through our server to OpenAI to suggest products and answer catalogue questions. Please do not include your name, email address, order number, passwords or sensitive information. The assistant cannot access orders, accounts or payments.

Oddwren does not save chat transcripts in its database. The conversation stays in this page’s memory until you clear it, reload or leave. A necessary session cookie lasts up to one hour. To prevent abuse and control usage, we store request counts and a daily salted hash derived from your IP address, not the raw address, for up to 32 days. The hosting providers may separately process technical logs.

We request that API responses are not stored as conversation objects. OpenAI may retain API content in abuse-monitoring logs, normally for up to 30 days, subject to its policies and exceptions. Read OpenAI’s API data controls. The assistant is optional; you can browse and buy without using it.

Contacting Oddwren

If you email hello@oddwren.shop, your email address, message and any details you choose to send are provided to Oddwren. Namecheap forwards incoming messages to our Gmail inbox, so Namecheap and Google process them as part of email delivery and storage. Send only the information needed for your enquiry; do not send payment-card details, passwords or sensitive personal information.

For a question about correspondence records, the email providers involved or how long a particular enquiry is retained, contact the same address. This page describes the website’s current features and does not set out a complete retention schedule for business email or marketplace order records.

Buying through a marketplace

Purchase links take you to Etsy, Gumroad or Payhip. Your selected marketplace handles its checkout and delivery process under its own privacy information. This website does not collect your payment-card details. Information provided during a purchase is separate from simply browsing this catalogue.
