Licence & support

Useful information before you download an Oddwren product.

Digital downloads

No. Every Oddwren product is a digital download. You receive the files right after checkout.

The marketplace you bought from gives you a download link straight after purchase, usually on the order page and by email.

Using the files

Products are for personal use unless the listing clearly says otherwise. Please do not resell or share the files.

Some business products expressly permit use in your own business. Check the licence on the specific listing before purchase; that listing describes the permission for those files.

Compatibility

Each listing states the exact paper sizes, file formats and apps included. Printables open in any PDF reader; spreadsheets work in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Orders, support and refunds

Checkout is handled by Etsy, Gumroad or Payhip. The marketplace listing and checkout show the applicable price, purchase terms and refund policy. Nothing on this page limits your applicable statutory rights.

Email hello@oddwren.shop with your order details if a file does not work.
